The park is located 20 km south of Quesnel in the small community of Kersley on the corner of Edwards Rd and Arnoldus Road. On one side of the street is the Kersley elementary school and across the other street is the ice arena and community hall. Just down the street is the local fire hall. All mobiles are owned by the tenants. Rents are collected by post dated checks, e-transfer and a few by cash. Water is from a well 50'-60' deep with adequate water supply. A new well pump, pressure tank and filtration system were installed this year in September 2022. Electric is 60amp service.
