The Booth Neighbourhood Plan (BNP) is a long-term framework guiding the development of the Booth neighborhood within the Brookgwood-Fernridge area of the Township of Langley. Spanning approximately 270 hectares (668 acres) the plan aims to create a complete, climate-resilient, and low-carbon community over the next 25-30 years. It integrates a variety of residential, commercial, recreational, and green spaces, with a focus on walkability, connectivity, and sustainability. The plan seeks to provide a high quality of life for residents, business owners, and employees by offering diverse housing options, local commerce, recreational opportunities, and public and natural spaces that enhance the physical and social environments where people live, work, learn, and play.
