Even though the address is 110, don't let that fool you. This one bed + Den apartment is on the main floor from the lobby for convenience but it is actually up on the podium level at the back. The benefit of this location is of course a secure spot, but the huge patio area to be enjoyed by you and the guests during the spring and summer proves to be one of the nicest locations in the building. These two sister buildings located on the nicest street in the Lower Lonsdale corridor offer space, good design and a walk score off the chart.
