The way the light hits this land is so so dreamy. You'll still be enjoying the sun while it's already set on the neighbours. It's EXTREMELY peaceful and quiet out here. The land is on the back side of Horse Lake overlooking the valley (you do have a little view of the lake through the trees). It has been selectively logged and stumped, with a bit of a road going through and some really nice cleared areas. It backs onto crown land and has access to TONS of trails that take you right into the Ranchettes. PERFECT for horse riding or ATVs.
