This beautiful lake island is rare. Most lake islands in BC were not deeded and many that were, have been bought up for parks. Not only is this the only deeded island on Sheridan Lake, but it is one of the few remaining in the province. The island circumference is 2,015 feet covered with with mature trees and options to explore. By paddle or motorboat, the short trip of 400 meters from shore allows quick access to your private dock. Enter the rustic off-grid cabin from a spacious deck and double glass doors. The main level provides room for a small kitchen, dining, and sitting area surrounded wood stove. Upstairs a bedroom offers enough space for two adults or a bunch of kids.
