This lovely lot has been on the market for way too long due to an old 8 foot encroachment on the neighbors land. There are approximately 20 2x4 cement blocks that need moving and a bit more of the bank cut away to make your own driveway. Because this has been going on so long (out of town owners) the town requires an engineer to ok the widening of the driveway. The other issue is the house above is egressing some water on to the back of the lot and this will have to be taken care of, although you would have to facilitate that house and the town would be responsible to fix that issue. There is also a 3 lot small bare land strata below this lot and once they are up and running perhaps you will have access from the road above.
