Get Fit in 30 was featured in the “Women in Business” pull out in The Comox Valley Record newspaper in 2018 when it was under its current ownership. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art hydraulic based equipment, which work multiple muscle groups per machine ensuring your workout is fast and safe as there no guessing regarding how much weight you need to use. The faster you work the machines the more pressure is built up in the hydraulics and that’s what builds up muscle strength. As a bonus there is also a tretching station for those that have trouble getting down and up off!
