Top floor corner one bedroom condo. Very bright south facing unit with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. Very quite location but still convenient to shopping, schools and highway. Kitchen and floor updated several years ago more recently shower redone and unit was painted. Windows in the complex have been changed. Other units in the complex have made request to strata for permission to add an in-suite laundry in the store room. Excellent value. Pets allowed.
